The concentration on this product is usually between 50:1 to 100:1. With addition at tank side or by automated metering equipment, this product accommodates grinding bevels of up to two inches (50.8 millimeters). CRL DMC55 is considered a heavy duty lubricant that can even extend the life of the sump. It is designed with long-lasting microbiological protection suited for heavy use situations experienced in even the largest of glass facilities. It also reduces the development of "popcorn" particles during grinding to keep the lines clear. CRL DMC55 is manufactured with the environment in mind, using a water-based formulation containing absolutely no oil.
